Personal Experience & Biography

Pam Cholden has a broad range of legal experience including healthcare fraud cases against several of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the United States.

Prior to joining Young Law Group, Pam was an associate for a large Philadelphia-based law firm where she developed an expertise in national litigation defense in a wide-array of subject matters.  In addition, Pam also served as a court-approved arbitrator in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.

Prior to entering private practice, Pam served as special litigation counsel to a Commonwealth of Pennsylvania insurance fund and, in doing so, handled all aspects of litigation from case inception through appeals.   

After graduating from Widener University Delaware Law School in 1993, Pam served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Bernard Moore of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas.

Pam’s broad based litigation experience has made her an invaluable asset to the YLG team.
